M-09 is used where a clear line and functional drip edge are required. The pronounced ledge works like a small drip cap: water does not run under the finish, and the facade stays clean longer.
As a plinth cornice, M-09 closes the material transition and protects the end edge. As a window cornice, it makes the opening more graphic and visually more “expensive.”
The EPS element is reinforced with a mineral compound, supplied ready for any facade paint, and installed over insulation using cement-based adhesive.
Clients note the result: “The openings became sharper, and dirty streaks disappeared.”
