Z-05 is a reinforced solution for posts exposed to snow and slanted rain. The increased height and steeper slope ensure reliable water drainage, reducing moisture absorption and preserving edge strength over time.
This detail helps save on repairs after 2–3 seasons and visually “closes” the post, giving the fence or structure a finished appearance. Made of EPS, reinforced with a mineral compound, and supplied ready for painting.
Installation is done with cement-based adhesive on a mineral substrate; compatible with insulation systems. If durability and clean geometry are required, a post cap is essential.
