A private house with a dynamic roof and an open porch required a balanced, calm facade solution. The walls are finished with Pletaflex B02 BB “Butcher Beige” — an even stone texture with a soft grain. The plinth uses Pletaflex Rock Stone R12 LSG “London Square Garden,” a deeper texture and richer tone that creates contrast and visually grounds the volume. In everyday terms, this material is often called flexible stone for facades — in perception it is close to natural masonry.
The facade reads as unified and visually “more expensive”: a light upper volume, a warm textured plinth, and accurate shadows beneath the roof. Pletaflex flexible facade tile provided the required aesthetic without adding load to the walls. The stone appearance is achieved without structural heaviness, with clean junctions at the plinth and stair zones.
