A Contrasting Accent That “Brings the Facade Together”

Light walls combined with a dark vertical block made of Pletaflex flexible tile make the house appear taller and more composed. The contrasting insert on the end wall works as a clear architectural accent: it is visible from a distance and defines the overall character of the facade. The relief matches the main walls, but the tone is deeper (graphite), which makes the insert read as a single, solid element. Installation was carried out without “brick-style” offsets—clean, straight lines only. The color pair echoes the dark window frames and canopies, giving the facade a balanced and well-assembled look.
The light volume becomes more “technological” and dynamic: the vertical strip visually stretches the house upward, links the windows across floors, and sets a clear axis for the facade. Under even lighting, the dark section catches highlights and makes the relief more expressive. The result is a facade that both enhances the architecture and is built for longevity: minimal maintenance, no repainting, protection from moisture and frost.
