A contemporary private house with shifted volumes, cantilevered canopies, and large windows. The goal was to achieve the texture of natural stone without overloading the walls and to add warm, weather-resistant “wood” accents.
The contrast between the light stone facade and warm accent planes with a wood texture gives the house architectural depth. Horizontal lines emphasize the number of floors, while darker inserts organize the composition around windows and terraces. The light stone volume visually makes the house taller and lighter; the darker elements structure the facade and highlight private zones (terrace, bay window), creating a refined design contrast.
