A large residential complex in Bucharest received a clean, even “stone” facade without heavy natural stone and without wet processes. Lightweight KORDEKO (Pletaflex) flexible tile does not overload the walls and reduces costs for delivery, lifting, and fastening.
The finish remains stable in heat—there is no delamination or surface “flow”; geometry and joints stay precise even under strong summer sun. In winter and during heavy rain, the tile does not crumble or peel, and no restoration will be required after commissioning. Visually, the facade reads as natural stone: even planes, clean joints, and a refined texture.
