A private cottage required a facade update with a natural stone texture, but without wet processes, added wall load, or long installation timelines. The goal was to achieve a clean, warm, and durable stone appearance with minimal structural intervention.
KORDEKO (Pletaflex) flexible tile made it possible to quickly deliver a neat, visually solid facade with a natural stone texture while keeping the construction lightweight. The finish retains an even texture and stable color over time—no delamination, cracking, or fading. The contrasting dark plinth remains practical at the entrance, resisting dirt and moisture.
Thanks to minimal thickness, the stone look is achieved with low load on the walls. Operating costs are reduced: no impregnation or repainting is required, and regular water washing is sufficient. KORDEKO proved to be a fast, economical facade solution with the effect of natural stone and a long service life.
