Flexible stone (also known as flexible tile) provided a calm beige tone with a slate texture and highlighted the architectural decor—making the house look lighter and more “premium” without adding weight to the walls.

The facade was finished with KORDEKO’s signature foam polystyrene decor. Above the windows, the lightweight M-02 cornice creates a neat “shelf” and a soft shadow, while the Z-03 console supports the cornice line and adds solidity to the window openings. The CL-02 pilaster introduces vertical lines and refines the proportions, and the Kub-02 corner decor brings the volume together and sets a calm rhythm for the floors.
Paired with Slate Beige, the white decor reads clean and precise—no heaviness, only clear geometry and carefully crafted details.
