A private mansion in Ialoveni received an updated “stone” appearance without added structural weight or wet construction processes. The light facade finished with KORDEKO flexible tile is balanced by a practical dark plinth and architectural facade decor. The project extends beyond the house itself: fence columns along the perimeter were finished with the same material, forming a unified architectural ensemble across the entire plot.
Scope of works included flexible tile facade cladding, finishing of columns and openings, dark-toned plinth treatment, cladding of fence pillars, and installation of facade decor.
The result is a refined stone character with clear shadows and calm geometry. Color remains stable over time thanks to UV resistance, while the surface repels water and dirt, keeping maintenance simple. The dark plinth adds everyday practicality, and the overall system delivers long-term protection with predictable ownership costs.
