The mansion received a dark gray flexible-tile plinth along the entire perimeter. It aligned the lower facade line and closed the zone where dirt and water usually accumulate. Inside, the palette continues with warm, light wall finishes under wood and a neat staircase area—without excess stone and dust.
Task:- Protect the plinth from moisture, salts, and mechanical impact without adding load to the foundation.
- Level base irregularities and neatly wrap all corners and openings.
- Keep installation clean and fast (the house was occupied).
- Choose a finish that could be continued indoors so exterior and interior speak one language.
