This house has character: a high wrought-iron fence, bay windows, arched openings, and a wide cornice band. The architecture called for stone — not rough or heavy, but light, accurate, and respectful of the facade proportions. The task was to emphasize the architecture without overloading the walls.
The facade was finished with
KORDEKO flexible stone tile in a calm stone palette. The house gained a sense of stone solidity and visual dignity while remaining light and warm in perception. The material follows complex geometry and curved elements, allowing bay windows and arches to be wrapped without cuts or cracks and with precise geometry.
