A contemporary mansion with panoramic windows, wide overhangs, and a warm terrace received a façade with the appearance of cut stone. In practice, this is KORDEKO flexible tile, which replicates the structure of natural stone while remaining lightweight, warm, and climate-resistant.
The client wanted:- a monolithic, “premium” appearance without level differences and visible seams;
- fast facade renovation;
- durability and simple maintenance — “wash with a hose and it looks new”;
- decorative surrounds to emphasize the architectural lines of the mansion.
What was done- Window and door openings were finished with facade decor (cornices and surrounds), maintaining a unified stylistic language.
- A neat dark plinth was executed for practicality: dirt and splashes are less noticeable and cleaning is required less often.
- All junctions remain elastic: the material works together with the building, preventing cracks at corners, columns, and connections.
