The owners renovated the courtyard and wanted the fence to stop being “just a boundary.” The task was to achieve a clean, monolithic wall appearance that visually connects with the house and paving. A light flexible tile texture by KORDEKO was chosen, with columns and the plinth accented in dark clinker. As a result, the fence became an architectural element rather than a purely functional structure.
The fence not only encloses the plot but also sets the architectural rhythm of the entire site. The textures of the fence and the house match in tone and surface character, making the courtyard look composed and visually expensive. The tile does not fade or dust; dirt and rain marks are easily washed off with water, and there are no efflorescence stains on the light surface.
