This house is built on pure geometry and long cantilevers. The architecture is clearly hi-tech in spirit, where everything relies on contrast: white planes against dark volumes, deep shadows under canopies, and strong horizontal glazing lines. In such an aesthetic, any inaccurate finish becomes immediately visible. The task was to select a cladding that would emphasize form, deliver a deep graphite tone without glare, and remain lightweight.
Task- preserve the minimalist graphic of the façade: sharp edges, flat planes, and precise junctions;
- create a dark “stone” volume without heavy wet systems or the risk of cracking on cantilevers.
