“Stone” Facade — Lower Operating Costs
Area.......................190m2
Year: ..............2024
A private house with a projecting window and an open entrance. The task was to achieve a clean “stone” appearance without adding excess weight to the walls and to reduce long-term maintenance costs.
The facade was finished with light-colored flexible tile. Surfaces turned out even, joints are uniform, and shadows around the windows and along the upper edge fall neatly. The material is lightweight, does not crack on projections or rounded elements, and does not fade over time. The KORDEKO facade helps retain warmth in winter and prevents overheating in summer—indoor conditions become more stable and comfortable.
A dark, contrasting “stone” plinth protects the splash zone and gives the facade a tidy, finished look. Thanks to the “warm” contour, the house requires less energy for heating and cooling. Maintenance is simple: the surface can be washed with ordinary water, without chemicals; dust and rain marks rinse off easily. No impregnations are needed—unlike natural stone, the texture and color remain stable. As a result, the house looks clean and well-kept, while upkeep costs are lower.
KORDEKO solutions are also suitable for interiors—the same style can be repeated on fences or inside the house.
