The residential complex was clad with flexible tile to achieve a stone appearance without excess weight and to accurately work around large window openings.
On the main wall planes, a light
KORDEKO PletaFlex texture was used; the lower part of the building received a darker tone to create contrast. Vertical elements remain light, upper edges cast even shadows, joints are uniform, and all connections are clean and precise.
For this group of buildings, PletaFlex
flexible tile made the facade junctions sealed: small gaps are closed, thermal bridges are eliminated, and heat loss through joints is reduced to a minimum. The result is a stable, predictable facade system designed for long-term operation.
