A private house with expressive slopes and cornices required a neat stone-like facade that would remain tidy within a green courtyard and would not demand complex maintenance.
Flexible facade tile gave the house a calm, light character: the stone texture reads clearly in sunlight, and the windows appear visually framed.

A light stone texture by KORDEKO PletaFlex was chosen to emphasize classical proportions and to keep the facade presentable for the long term. Maintenance is minimal: water is sufficient, without paints or chemicals, and keeping the surface clean among foliage is simple. The ecological composition — about 95% natural minerals — is safe for the yard and surrounding greenery.
The breathing facade allows moisture to exit the wall while preventing water penetration from the outside, so the finish remains dry and stable. The house is warmer in winter and cooler in summer. Flexible tile improves indoor comfort and reduces operating costs.
