This is a new multi-storey residential building where the facade was expected to deliver two key qualities: the impression of monolithic stone and precise detailing across the entire perimeter. At the same time, the building’s height made any excess weight on the facade unacceptable.
The solution was KORDEKO flexible tile. Visually, it reads as stone; structurally, it is a lightweight and elastic system designed for urban operating conditions. The facade achieves a solid, prestigious appearance while remaining technically balanced for a multi-storey structure.

Task
The building received a status facade with a stone texture but without stone weight. The balance of aesthetics, timelines, and budget was preserved.
KORDEKO selected the texture and system, calculated junctions, and organized installation so the facade works for the building — not the other way around.
- form an “expensive” stone plasticity with belts, frames, and clean geometry across the full height;
- install quickly, without wet processes or heavy substructures, in dense urban development.
