Pletaflex Flexible Tile — Residential Complex in Telecentru

Strict Graphic and a Warm, “Sealed” Facade

Area: ...............................1100 m²
Year: ...............................2025
The residential complex in Telecentru was clad with flexible tile to achieve a stone appearance without excess weight and to accurately work around large window openings. On the main wall planes, a light KORDEKO (Pletaflex) texture was used; the lower part of the building received a darker tone to create contrast. Vertical elements remain light, upper edges cast even shadows, joints are uniform, and all connections are clean and precise.

For this group of buildings, Pletaflex flexible tile made the facade junctions sealed: small gaps are closed, thermal bridges are eliminated, and heat loss through joints is reduced to a minimum. The result is a stable, predictable facade system designed for long-term operation.
Cladding with low thermal conductivity helps retain heat in winter and prevents overheating in summer. Condensation does not form within the layers, and junctions remain dry. In operation, this brings tangible savings: heating costs are reduced by approximately 20–25%, and air-conditioning costs by 15–20% under typical conditions. By choosing KORDEKO with the Pleta-Flex system, the client receives a warm, stable facade and predictable operating expenses.
