A private house with expressive slopes and cornices required a neat stone-like facade that would remain tidy within a green courtyard and would not demand complex maintenance. Flexible facade tile gave the house in Primăverii a calm, light character: the stone texture reads clearly in sunlight, and the windows appear visually “framed.”
A light stone texture by KORDEKO (Pletaflex) was chosen to emphasize classical proportions and to keep the facade presentable for the long term. Maintenance is minimal: water is sufficient, without paints or chemicals, and keeping the surface clean among foliage is simple. The ecological composition (about 95% natural minerals) is safe for the yard and surrounding greenery.
