Flexible Tile — Private House

KORDEKO Facade — the Home’s Signature Card
Area.......................200m2
Cladding year: ..............2022
A contemporary private house with a garage block and a high parapet required a clean stone-like appearance without adding structural weight. Special attention was given to the areas around the gates, windows, and upper edge, while preserving a clear contrast with the darker architectural elements.

Flexible facade tile gave the house precise geometry: light planes read as monolithic surfaces, corners and parapets are assembled accurately, and the color remains stable over time.
The facade aligns with modern architectural trends: the exterior retains a refined, premium look, while the finish is designed to perform reliably for decades.

A neat stone effect increases the property’s value. When selling or renting, the price can rise by approximately 15–30%. The structure is protected: the cladding shields the walls from moisture, frost, and summer heat; tile joints remain closed, and the finish does not deform due to weather fluctuations. As a result, the house gains a stable appearance and predictable long-term performance.
