This is a new multi-storey residential building in Buiucani where the facade was expected to deliver two key qualities: the impression of monolithic stone and precise detailing across the entire perimeter. At the same time, the building’s height made any excess weight on the facade unacceptable.
The solution was KORDEKO flexible tile. Visually, it reads as stone; structurally, it is a lightweight and elastic system designed for urban operating conditions. The facade achieves a solid, prestigious appearance while remaining technically balanced for a multi-storey structure.

Task
- form an “expensive” stone plasticity with belts, frames, and clean geometry across the full height;
- install quickly, without wet processes or heavy substructures, in dense urban development.
