Accurate and Unified Facade
Area: ...............................110 m²

The project used the Pletaflex S02 SB — Slate Beige collection: a neutral beige tone with a slate stone texture and fine grain that reads evenly both in side light and in diffuse daylight. The shade holds verticals well and does not conflict with metal or glass; visually, it brightens the facade and helps mask minor surface irregularities. The sheet format allows a clear rhythm aligned with window geometry, and from a distance the material is perceived as natural stone masonry. In everyday practice, it is often referred to as flexible stone for facades—tactilely and visually close to stone, but lighter, more even in tone, and easier to maintain.
Before → After: what changed
Before: a network of shrinkage and temperature cracks, locally “opening” joints in old plaster, uneven paint, and visible streaks on slopes.
After: even seams and precise corners were formed; junctions to slopes and the plinth were sealed. The base was repaired and finished with a stone-textured layer—cracks and stains disappeared, the color became uniform. The Slate Beige tone emphasized geometry, and the facade reads as a single, composed surface. Flexible facade tile Pletaflex delivers a stone look without excessive load on the wall; the color remains stable in sun and during seasonal changes.
How to achieve the same result
It starts with preparation: a clean base, proper priming, and reinforcement of complex zones. Step-by-step guidance is available in the material “Step-by-Step Guide to Preparing a Facade for Flexible Tile”—what to remove, how to prime, and when to reinforce.
If you have a similar situation—cracks, “snakes” at corners, stains from old paint, or a weak base—we will take care of everything. Contact KORDEKO: we will inspect and diagnose the walls, prepare a preparation plan (what to prime, where to reinforce, which adhesive to choose), advise what can remain and what needs fixing. The result is an accurate estimate and a clear checklist of works so the facade becomes even, clean, and durable for years.
