The historic winery complex in Cojușna consists of a sequence of carefully proportioned facades with red ceramic roofing and large windows. The buildings required renewal while preserving the character of stone architecture and the clear geometry of pilasters and openings—without overloading the walls with heavy cladding systems.
KORDEKO flexible tile with a natural cut-stone texture was used for this project. Visually, the facade reads as stone; structurally, the system is lightweight, elastic, and resistant to weather. The result is a facade that looks like fresh “masonry” rather than renovation work, maintaining architectural dignity while meeting modern эксплуатационные requirements.
