A five-storey residential building in Botanica—typical 1960s–1980s housing with tight courtyards, air-conditioning units, cables, canopies, and narrow passages between sections—required facade renewal without large scaffolding and long construction periods. The goal was to restore the facade so residents could continue living comfortably during the works.
The building was clad with KORDEKO flexible tile with a stone texture. The walls became even and light, and the entrance courtyard gained a neat, well-maintained appearance. The solution allowed work to be carried out without wet processes, excessive dust, or noise.
Task- renew the facade without “wet” processes, dust, and prolonged disruption;
- work in tight zones: around ventilation shafts, behind pipes, and near air-conditioning brackets;
- preserve wall vapor permeability and prevent cracking along seams;
- provide residents with a long-term result, eliminating the need for regular repainting.
