KORDEKO flexible facade tile gave the house a calm, light tone, highlighted the columns and the bay window, while the dark plinth unified the overall composition.
For a private house with classical elements, the goal was to achieve a premium “stone” appearance without adding weight to the walls and to minimize future maintenance costs.

For this private house in Bubuieci, the KORDEKO (Pletaflex) facade preserves a refined appearance for many years. It does not fade and does not visually “age” over time.
Durable and reliable cladding reduces the risk of major repairs—repainting and restoration are not required, and maintenance is kept to a minimum. The system is designed to last 40+ years without loss of geometry or texture.
