A private house with a complex roof and a deep terrace. The task was to achieve a natural stone appearance, handle curves and numerous joints, avoid excess load on the walls, and eliminate the need for frequent minor repairs. Rounded elements keep their shape without cracking, and all connections are fitted cleanly.

The vapor-permeable system allows moisture to escape, reducing the risk of mold—walls remain dry. The cladding is strong and reliable: corners and openings do not chip from contact or minor impacts. The elastic formula (marble granules + polymers) maintains shape and appearance for decades. Climate is not an issue—the finish withstands 200+ freeze–thaw cycles and does not “bloom.” If settling occurs, cracks do not appear—the material flexes rather than breaks. Maintenance is minimal: no repainting or restoration required; periodic washing with water is sufficient.
